Why did you decide to work at Hartford Funds?
I became intrigued by the Hartford Funds story and welcomed the chance to help an organization navigate through various critical stages of development. I was excited to accept the invitation that Hartford Funds extended on its job posting: “Come grow with us.”

What does being human-centric mean to you?
