Jamie Davis is head of human resources (HR) for Hartford Funds. In this role, Jamie and her team help the business attract, retain, and develop talent, while also supporting business leaders and employees as they build out the firm’s culture and execute on Hartford Funds’ strategy.

Jamie joined the company in September 2000 as a sales coordinator covering annuities and mutual funds. In early 2001, she moved into a training role. She held a number of roles on the training team including head of training from 2004-2006. From 2006-2011, Jamie was an HR generalist supporting businesses and functions within The Hartford’s Wealth Management organization.

Jamie graduated from Arcadia University with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in business. She has earned a number of designations, including Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and completed the Wharton Global Fellow in Talent Management Program. Jamie currently resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Jaret, and their four children: Samantha, Maxwell, Mark, and Noah. Jamie enjoys volunteering, spending time at her family’s cabin, and supporting her children in their athletic endeavors.
