Molly Bogan is the head of human resources (HR) for Hartford Funds. In this role, Molly and her team support the strategic objectives of the organization through the development and execution of talent initiatives. This includes helping the business attract and develop talent, while also supporting business leaders and employees as they build out the firm’s culture and execute on Hartford Funds’ strategy.

Prior to leading human resources, Molly was the senior vice president and head of compensation for human resources at Hartford Funds for 11 years. In that role, she was responsible for the development and implementation of all compensation programs for Hartford Funds, and overall human resources support for the sales and marketing organizations. Before joining the firm, Molly held HR roles of increasing responsibility at Wellington Management, Janus Capital Group, and Symphony IRI Group.

Molly earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond.
